How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Carrier transit time
begins after your order leaves us and is separate from our processing time. During busy
holiday periods, please order early — carrier transit times are outside our control once
a package has shipped.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated
directly at checkout. For Canadian orders, customers are responsible for any applicable
customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged upon import.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available at our Leavenworth shop. Please wait until you receive
your Ready for Pickup notification before coming to collect your order.
